Founders Andrew DeMarco and Manos Phoundoulakis each have unique and intersecting stories that drove this need to innovate, and in 2021 they started EZEC®. The company is quintessentially Coloradan, building out a diverse team based in the Centennial State who bring their extraordinary passion and perspective to bear on our products and direction.

Andrew DeMarco

Founder and President of EZEC. Andy's vision for a better medical ID was the animating force for the creation of EZEC. His decades of entrepreneurship and invention fuel the creative energy that drives this company forward.

Manos Phoundoulakis

Co-Founder and self-proclaimed Director of Happiness. Manos brings to EZEC his keen marketing insight and decades of experience building brands and connections. He creates the vibe that the company grooves to.

Ricky Mcrae

Ricky is the Co-Founder and Architect at EZEC, building all that you see before you and more. A true polymath, he is equally excellent as a system architect and jewelry designer, with a keen entrepreneurial mind. The breadth and depth of Ricky's talents are the reason EZEC are where we are today.

Stacy Bolyard

Stacy is our Compliance and Ethics Officer at EZEC. She is implementing quality and auditing protocols, establishing our compliance, ethics, and operations program, developing training databases and medical integration, and supporting jewelers, retailers, and responders through virtual platforms.
